Our custom printed stretch film options include hand film, machine film, banding film, and pipe wrap. We’ll help you explore the choices with your packaging process in mind. At Brown & Pratt, we know a packaging purchase has to make sense for your warehouse and your budget. Since 1954, we’ve focused on individual customer needs and long-term partnerships. We’ll help you work through product choices and ordering details so you can make a confident purchasing decision.
Format Types for Your Operation

Choose a stretch film type that matches your operation. Compare hand, machine, or narrower banding film options, then confirm the roll specifications your team needs.
One, Two, or Three-Color Printing

Bring your logo or message to life with one, two, or three-color printing. Consider the film’s background color alongside your ink choices to help your design stand out.
Clear Minimum Order Requirements

Plan quantities around how much film you use and where you’ll store it. Minimums vary by film type, so check the order details before setting your purchasing budget.
Plan Ahead for Reorders

Make replenishment part of your purchasing plan. First orders and repeat orders follow different timelines, so account for artwork approval and how quickly you use your film.

Choose the Right Custom Pallet Wrap
Choosing pallet wrap stretch film starts with your wrapping method, not just your logo. Compare these sizes with your current rolls and equipment requirements. All listed options are 80 gauge.
- Hand film: 18-inch x 1,500-foot rolls; 4 rolls per case.
- Machine film: 20-inch x 5,000-foot or 20-inch x 6,000-foot rolls.
- Banding film: 3-inch x 1,000-foot rolls, 18 per case; or 5-inch x 1,000-foot rolls, 12 per case.
- Pipe wrap: 20-inch x 1,000-foot rolls; 4 rolls per case.
**Other widths and film thicknesses available upon request For your artwork, consider film color, ink contrast, and logo placement. Stretching and overlapping can affect how a design looks on the finished pallet. Ask about repeat spacing and file requirements before final approval.

Minimum orders: 1 pallet for hand film or machine film; 12 cases for banding film or pipe wrap. Printing setup: Plate charges apply to new artwork.
