Along with your very own custom artwork come the printing plates that we use to print your custom poly bags. All initial orders have a one-time cost to produce YOUR custom printing plates that we at Brown & Pratt use in each of your bag runs.
These plates are your property! They can either be stored in a secured vault at our production plant awaiting your next order or we can ship back to you with your bag order. The choice is yours!
The one-time cost of your printing plate depend on the size of the image we are printing as well as the number of colors we are printing on your bag. A larger image required a larger printing plate.
Each color being printed requires its own printing plate to create its portion of your image on the bag. Although the cost of printing plates increases the cost of your first order, it is well worth it when you see a top quality bag with your company’s brand practically jumping off of the film!
